b. Proof of Residential Address
Accepted documents include:

Requirements:
- Must be dated within the last 3 months
- Must clearly show the client’s full name and current address
c. Selfie Verification (Optional but may be required)
We may request:
- A selfie of the client holding their ID document
- A handwritten note displaying the current date
This step helps verify ownership of submitted identification.
2. Document Review Process
All KYC documents submitted to Droitly are manually reviewed by our compliance team. We may contact you for additional information or resubmission if:
- The documents are unclear, cropped, or appear to be tampered
- The name or address does not match the provided details
- The ID is expired or appears suspicious
- The client is located in a high-risk or sanctioned country
We reserve the right to refuse service at any stage if we are unable to verify the client’s identity to a satisfactory level.
3. Compliance with International AML Laws
Droitly complies with relevant AML and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
We do not accept clients who:
- Appear on international watchlists or sanctions (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU, FATF)
- Use fake identities or falsified documents
- Attempt to conduct fraudulent or illegal activity
- Reside in or originate from jurisdictions under international sanctions
If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to:
- Freeze accounts or delay service delivery
- Terminate services without refund
- Report the activity to appropriate authorities or regulatory agencies
4. Data Protection
All client documents and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
- Documents are stored securely
- Access is restricted to authorized compliance staff only
- We will never share your data with third parties, except when required by law or regulatory request
5. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete documentation
- Cooperate with KYC and verification requests
- Accept responsibility for the legitimacy of the documents submitted
- Update your information as needed or upon request
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of service and may carry legal consequences.
6. Ongoing Monitoring
To remain compliant with evolving laws and regulations, Droitly may conduct periodic reviews of existing clients. In such cases, you may be required to:
- Re-submit identification or address documents
- Provide further clarifications or verification
Failure to comply with ongoing KYC requests may result in service suspension or cancellation.
