Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Uncommenced Services: If the requested service has not yet been started or processed, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Incomplete Services: If a portion of your order has been fulfilled but the remaining services are unfulfilled, a partial refund may be issued for the unfulfilled components.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Services that have already commenced, including company formation, EIN application, document processing, or any related service.
  • Services that have been fully completed or delivered to you.
  • Any government filing fees, third-party service costs, or external charges paid on your behalf.

3. Administrative Deductions

SilkyKart LLC reserves the right to apply reasonable administrative or processing fees to any approved refund. These deductions may cover payment gateway fees, staff time, and resource costs.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Your order or invoice number
    • The reason for your refund request

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a response within 10 business days of submission.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If you fail to provide necessary documents or information required to start or complete the service.
  • If the request is based on outcomes beyond our control (e.g., denial by a bank, government agency, or payment processor).
  • If you violate the Terms and Conditions of our services.

6. Finality of Refund Decisions

All refund decisions made by SilkyKart LLC / Droitly are final. By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy in full.
