Service Accessibility

At Droitly, operated by SilkyKart LLC, we strive to make our company formation and business services available to clients globally. However, due to international regulations, third-party policies, and geopolitical restrictions, some of our services may be inaccessible or limited for users in certain regions.

1. Restrictions Based on Location

Certain services we help facilitate—such as access to platforms like Stripe, Mercury, Wise, and other fintech or banking providers—may not be available to individuals from sanctioned countries or regions under enhanced compliance scrutiny.

Even if you successfully form a company in jurisdictions like the U.S., UK, or Canada using our platform, some third-party financial services may still restrict access based on your personal or business location, nationality, or risk profile.

2. Third-Party Policies Are Outside Our Control

We work with trusted third-party providers to help streamline your business setup, but it’s important to note:

  • We do not control the approval process or eligibility requirements of these providers
  • Each company (e.g., Stripe, Mercury, Wise) conducts independent reviews and may approve or reject applications at their sole discretion
  • Approval outcomes often depend on the applicant's country of residence, business nature, and risk profile

3. Legitimacy of Our Documentation

All documents issued by Droitly as part of your company formation—such as incorporation certificates, EIN letters, and operating agreements—are:

  • Authentic and legally valid
  • Compliant with the jurisdiction's official requirements
  • Frequently accepted by major financial institutions, including U.S. banks like Chase, according to client feedback

However, documentation legitimacy does not guarantee acceptance by third-party platforms.

4. What You Should Do

We recommend that all clients:

  • Review the onboarding and eligibility policies of any financial or fintech service they intend to use
  • Contact the service provider in advance if you are unsure whether your application is likely to be accepted
  • Understand that we are not liable for rejections or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms

5. Transparency & Guidance

We are here to provide you with accurate guidance, high-quality documents, and exceptional service. However, we encourage every client to conduct due diligence regarding any third-party provider they plan to work with after company formation.
